Ginny Reding

Ginny Reding holds a Master of Science (MS) in Community Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy from John Brown University. Ginny Reding is licensed professional counselor (LPC) and licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arkansas, is a Certified START Coordinator through NCSS, and is the 2022-2023 President of the Arkansas Counseling Association, a branch of the American Counseling Association. Ginny has worked in the mental health field for almost 15 years, 8 of those years with START programs in both Arkansas and New Hampshire. Ginny has experience in counseling individuals and families of all ages, systems theory, consultation, training, and data collection and analysis. Ginny is an Outcomes and Evaluation Support Specialist, who works with all SIRS users within the START network to input and review data related to the individuals and teams receiving START services. Ginny continues to follow research and pursue information related to psychiatric medications prescribed and their affects on individuals with individuals and developmental disabilities (IDD) and how this aligns with or differs from those without IDD. Ginny enjoys spending time with her family, watching Marvel movies and series, and martial arts, currently holding an advanced green belt in Olympic-Style Taekwondo.
