Service System Analysis Projects

A Service System Analysis is designed to assess the effectiveness state or region’s community system of care in addressing the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health conditions. Multiple methods are utilized including online community surveys, family caregiver interviews, focus groups, and review of cost data. The project of a Systems Analysis is a report summarizing the available resources and strengths of the system, challenges experienced by individuals with IDD and mental health needs and their families, and recommendations for improving the system of care and service outcomes.
