Center for START Services First Annual Report Released
We are delighted to announce the release of the Center for START Services' first annual report. The last year has been another exciting period of growth and achievement, as we have continued to support existing START programs across the country and establish new partnerships with community organizations and academic institutions. We would like to thank everyone in the START Network for contributing to our shared mission of improving the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health needs and their families.
2018 marks the first Center for START Services Annual Report. As you will see, the impact of the START Network partnership is growing and fidelity to the model allows for expedited positive outcomes. We want to thank all of you, and look forward to our continued efforts toward best practices in MHIDD. We at START are committed to culturally competent, strength based, positive practices in the context of rigorous standards of diagnosis and assessment. At CSS our efforts are greatly impacted by the voice of service users and families. We cannot accomplish our mission without their input, and no program is planned without it.
Our community of practice and evaluation efforts are the basis on which we can ensure continuous quality improvement and we thank you all for your participation in this effort.
